Amy Beaumont, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist who, together with Dr. Parlade, serves as the Co-Director of ASAC. She is also a Clinical Supervisor in UM's Child and Adolescent Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program (CAMAT).  Dr. Beaumont received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and completed internship at the May Institute and National Autism Center in Massachusetts. Dr. Beaumont has 20 years of experience providing evidence-based treatments, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), social skills training, and parent training to individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their families. Additionally, she is skilled in the comprehensive psychological assessment of individuals, ages 8 months through childhood, with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders, and has obtained research reliability in the use of the ADOS-2 and ADI-R. Dr. Beaumont has presented on topics related to ASD at numerous local and national conferences, and she regularly offers consultation and training to schools and medical professionals. She also serves as a consultant to numerous autism-related research projects at the University of Miami.  

Meaghan Parladé, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist who, together with Dr. Beaumont, serves as the Co-Director of ASAC. She is also a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and Pediatrics, the Division Director of Assessment and Intervention Services at UM-NSU CARD, and a Clinical Supervisor in UM's Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Program. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical and Developmental Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh. She then completed her clinical internship at the Mailman Center for Child Development at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine with a specialization in ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Her clinical and research interests include the early screening, assessment, and diagnosis of ASD, as well as the development and evaluation of interventions to improve behavior, parent-child interactions, and social skills in preschool- and school-aged children with ASD. She has over 15 years of experience in the assessment of children, adolescents, and adults with or suspected of ASD using evidence-based measures (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS2, EarliPoint), as well as training in state-of-the-art teleassessment methods. Dr. Parladé has published and presented locally and nationally on topics related to child development, intervention, and ASD. She also serves as a clinician and consultant to ASD-related research projects at the University of Miami.

Sandra Cardona, Psy.D. is a multilingual licensed psychologist and clinical supervisor at ASAC. She obtained her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and then completed a post-doctoral residency at Mailman Segal Center, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Cardona has over 16 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with or suspected of ASD using evidence-based measures (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS2, Earlipoint, etc.), as well as skills in providing telehealth assessments. She also serves as a clinician to autism-related research projects at the University of Miami. Dr. Cardona has broad experience providing assessment and therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults with autism of diverse cultural backgrounds. She has conducted international evaluations of clients from Spanish-speaking countries in Europe, and Central/South America.

Taylor Rosenblat, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist and clinical supervisor. She received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed her clinical internship at the Marcus Autism Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta/Emory University, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at ASAC. Dr. Rosenblat specializes in the assessment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental differences across childhood and adolescence. She has extensive experience using evidence-based diagnostic measures, including the ADOS-2, CARS2, and EarliPoint™ Evaluation, an FDA-authorized eye-tracking technology that supports early autism identification. She is also trained in state-of-the-art teleassessment methods for autism evaluations. At ASAC, Dr. Rosenblat conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations, supervises practicum students and psychology residents, contributes to autism research, and mentors undergraduate students through the ASAC Research Lab. She also serves as faculty at the University of Miami Mailman Center for Child Development, where she provides interdisciplinary developmental evaluations.

Eileen Davis, Ph.D. is a bilingual licensed psychologist who earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida. Dr. Davis completed her pre-doctoral internship at Texas Children’s Hospital where she gained specialized training in the assessment of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She joined the University of Miami as a post-doctoral fellow in the Parent-Child Interaction Therapy program where she now serves as Bilingual Director and clinical supervisor as a member of the UM Miller School of Medicine faculty. Dr. Davis is also the Associate Director of the Teacher-Child Interaction Training program at UM, which serves children with ASD, other developmental and behavioral concerns  and children with hearing loss.

Cecilia Alvarez-Tabio M.S., BCBA, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Manager of Autism Assessment and Intervention Services in the Department of Psychology at the University of Miami. She oversees autism intervention, and caregiver coaching programs through the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (UM-NSU CARD) and the Autism Spectrum Assessment Clinic (ASAC). With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Alvarez-Tabio specializes in evidence-based, family-centered interventions, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), the RUBI Parent Training Protocol, and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs). Her work focuses on empowering caregivers, advancing early intervention, training professionals, and developing culturally responsive programs that expand equitable access to autism services for South Florida's diverse communities

Sofia Parody, M.S., CCC-SLP is a bilingual speech language pathologist who received her master's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University’s Bilingual Extension Program. As a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), she is passionate about helping children from all walks of life find their own way to communicate and achieve their potential. Sofia has recently moved back to Miami after 12 years in New York City. She has experience working in a pediatric hospital, an early intervention center, and a head & neck cancer center for adults. Her professional interests include autism, speech sound disorders, and language-based learning impairments.
