Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for payment of services already rendered nor are refunds provided for deposits paid to secure an assessment appointment. If you have paid for an ASAC assessment or therapy service in advance (excluding the deposit), refunds will only be issued if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before receiving any part of it. Once a service has started, refunds will not be issued. For multi-session services (e.g., Assessments, Group Therapy), the service starts with the first session and refunds are not provided for missed sessions/appointments.
